Silicone fluids can be supplied in volatile or non-volatile types and come in a range of viscosities and molecular structures to provide a variety of functions

The backbone of silicone fluid can be found in straight, branched, or cross-linked forms and can act as a diluent to help formulations spread easily without a greasy feel, emulsifiers, or dispersants for powder.  

As well as excellent solubility in fluids and oils, Silicone Acrylate versions of fluids are also available; These are used to disperse pigments in oils. PEG-Free versions are also available within the fluid product line with a wide range of HLB values so W/O or O/W emulsions can be created depending on client requirements.
